1. Eligibility & Access

Use of the Skylicious platform and services is limited to verified and approved clients, including private jet operators,

flight crews, and aviation professionals. All users must be of legal age and authorized to act on behalf of their organization or aircraft.

2. Services & Modifications
Skylicious – the aircatering provides exclusive catering services for private aviation. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue

services at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Delivery Terms

To ensure high-quality catering, orders should be placed at least 36 hours before departure.

Ordering Hours:
Monday to Saturday: 08:00–20:00 CET
Sunday: 08:00–18:00 CET

Delivery Hours:
Monday to Sunday: 07:00–20:00

Deliveries outside regular hours may be available subject to availability and a surcharge.
Ready-to-serve delivery (plated/garnished) is available for a +10% surcharge.

Operational Cut-off:
For next-day morning deliveries between 06:00 and 08:00 CET, orders must be placed by 16:00 on the previous day.
Orders received after this cut-off are subject to availability and may not be accepted.

4. Express Orders & Surcharges

Orders placed within 12–24 hours before delivery are considered express orders and are subject to a +50% surcharge.

Orders within 12 hours of delivery require direct confirmation by phone or email and are subject to availability.

5. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 24 hours before delivery: 50% charge
- Cancellations within 12 hours of delivery: 100% charge

6. Payment Terms
- All prices are in CHF
- We accept all major credit cards (+2.5% processing fee)

7. Delivery Responsibility & Liability
Upon delivery, the client assumes responsibility for maintaining proper cold storage (5–7°C). Skylicious is not liable for spoilage due to

improper handling after handover.
Skylicious is not liable for delays, losses, or service interruptions due to external circumstances such as airport restrictions, customs,

or force majeure events.

9. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account due to policy violations, unauthorized access, or misuse of the platform.

10. Intellectual Property
All content including menus, logos, designs, and website materials is the intellectual property of Torsten Götz GmbH.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect and handle your personal data. By using this website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Bern.

13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance
